This site showcases some of the work of Sandra Carson a local botanical artist, writer and teacher from County Antrim. Making use of a zoom feature and some high resolution photographs I was able to show the finer detail of her oil based work, specifically the texture of the paint and the detail put into each painting. The site also provided basic contact information to contact the artist and buy her work.

This client was looking for a web presence prior to appearing on nationwide television with Jenny Bristow. The brief was simple, let people know what we produce locally and how they can get it, and make it clear we are associated with Jenny Bristow. Judge for yourselves. The solution included some recipes, a google map ,an appealing colour palette and clean layout. The site makes use of micro-formats.

UPDATE : Although this website has recently been redesigned by another web agency, I have been involved in a consultancy capacity to identify issues with design and coding, usability, SEO and accessibility and to ensure the smooth transition to the new design. As a result of my involvement the developers are implementing a series of improvements based on my feedback.
