Tom is a local computer hardware wizard who specialises in laptop repair, virus removal and basically getting your computers working again so you don’t have to buy a new one. Exactly what we need more of in this credit crunch. In the old days every village was full of people who fixed things, now we just throw them away and buy a new one!
Requirements
Things weren’t going so well for Tom, he was overworked and underpaid and badly in need of some extra customers, so he asked me if I could design a logo, brand and website for him, that would direct some targeted customers his way.
Solution
Following a brief discussion, we identified the information Tom wanted to convey to his potential clients and I designed and built a highly accessible and user friendly website that ticked all his boxes. I was able to help Tom edit his content making it more web friendly. In what is quite a competitive market Tom has been getting a steady flow of clients, both by word of mouth, he does excellent work, and from search engine traffic. Another example of how natural/organic Search Engine Optimisation techniques can be very successful
