Dave provided a first class service from start to finish, making the whole process run very smoothly and he managed to do this all remotely with very clear communication, via email, SMS, phone calls and video chat. Even though we are a local company, our busy lives with business and family commitments meant it was hard to organise any face to face meetings so we really appreciated Dave's flexibility in this regard. Most importantly Dave listened to what we wanted and his expert knowledge of web design, and social media gave us confidence to entrust the project to him. He also brought a fresh perspective to the project, a new set of eyes if you will, something we badly needed. He updated our Facebook page, giving it a modern look. He advised on how best to use Twitter and how to build on our followers to turn them into potential guests. Our existing website had no video and Dave agreed to do one of the cottages with a different angle (excuse the pun).
